Cherish/Golden Number বরাদ্দকরণ
নির্দিষ্ট প্যাটার্ন সম্বলিত নম্বরসমূহকে Cherish/Golden Number বলা হয়ে থাকে। ইতিপূর্বে দেখা গেছে যে শুধুমাত্র সুপরিচিত, সমাজের প্রতিষ্ঠিত এবং অপারেটর সমূহের সাথে সম্পর্কিত (Connected) ব্যক্তিগণ এই ধরনের নম্বর পেয়ে থাকেন। সাধারণ জনগণও যাতে ইচ্ছা অনুযায়ী Cherish/Golden Number ক্রয় করতে পারে সেজন্য বিটিআরসি হতে Cherish/Golden Number সমূহের প্যাটার্ন এবং বিক্রয় সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশনা মোবাইল অপারেটর সমূহকে প্রদান করা হয়েছে। যে কোন গ্রাহক সংশ্লিষ্ট অপারেটরের কাস্টমার কেয়ার এগিয়ে Cherish/Golden Number প্রাপ্তির আবেদন করতে পারেন। এছাড়াও ইতোপূর্বে লক্ষ্য করা গেছে কিছু অসাধু ব্যবসায়ী উচ্চমূল্যে এধরণের নম্বর বিক্রয় করে থাকে যা আইনত দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ। গ্রাহকগণ যেন নির্দিষ্ট কাস্টমার কেয়ার সেন্টার থেকে Cherish/Golden Number ক্রয় করতে পারে সে লক্ষ্যে কমিশন হতে এ সংক্রান্ত দিক নির্দেশনা মোবাইল অপারেটরদের প্রদান এবং Cherish/Golden Number বরাদ্দের অনুমতি প্রদান করা হয় ।
সেবা গ্রহণ পদ্ধতিঃ
ধাপ-১: গ্রাহকগণ যে অপারেটর এর Cherish/Golden Number গ্রহণ করতে ইচ্ছুক সেই অপারটর এর কাস্টমার কেয়ার এ NID এর কপি সহ আবেদন করবে।
ধাপ-২: মোবাইল অপারেটর গ্রাহক হতে প্রাপ্ত আবেদন বিটিআরসির নিকট নির্ধারিত ফরম্যাট অনুসারে প্রেরণ করবে।
ধাপ-৩: প্রাপ্ত আবেদন যাচাই-বাচাই করতঃ বিটিআরসি অনুমোদন প্রদান করতে।
ধাপ-৪: বিটিআরসির অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে সংশ্লিষ্ট অপারেটর গ্রাহকের সিমটি নিবন্ধন কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করবে।
Cherish/Golden Number Allocation
Numbers with specific patterns are called Cherish / Golden Numbers. It has already been observed that only well-known, socially established and connected people get such numbers. BTRC has provided instructions to mobile operators regarding sale of Cherish / Golden Numbers so that the general public can also purchase Cherish / Golden Numbers at will. Any customer can apply for Cherish / Golden Number at the customer care of the respective operator. Previously, it has also been observed that some unscrupulous traders sell such numbers at high prices which is a criminal offense. In order to enable customers to purchase Cherish / Golden Number from a specific customer care center, the Commission provides guidelines in this regard to mobile operators and approves the allocation of Cherish / Golden Number.
Process of Availing Service:
Step-1: Customers will apply with a copy of NID at the customer care of the operator whose Cherish / Golden Number they wish to receive.
Step-2: The mobile operator will send the application received from the customer to BTRC in the prescribed format.
Step-3: After Verifying the application received BTRC to give approval.
Step-4: Subject to the approval of BTRC, the concerned operator will complete the SIM registration of the customer.
