Direct Operator Billing (DOB) সেবা
মোবাইল এর Airtime কে Credit/Debit Card এর ন্যায় পেমেন্টের উৎস হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হবে তখন সেটিকে Direct Operator Billing (DOB) হিসবে অভিহিত করা হয়। কমিশন হতে মোবাইল অপারেটর সমূহকে সকল ধরনের App Store এবং In-App Purchase,অনলাইন Utility Bill payment ওসকলধরনের e-ticketing, Electronically consumable Goods প্রভৃতি খাতসমূহে Direct Operator Billing এর অনুমতি প্রদান করেছে। যে সমস্ত গ্রাহকের ক্রেডিট কার্ড নেই তারা অনলাইন থেকে অনেকগুলো সেবা বা পণ্য ক্রয় করতে পারে না। এই ধরণের গ্রাহকগণ DoB এর মাধ্যমে সহজে এবং সাচ্ছন্দে পণ্য ও সেবা ক্রয় করতে পারবে।
Direct Operator Billing (DOB) service
When the Airtime of the mobile is used as a source of payment like Credit / Debit Card then it is called as Direct Operator Billing (DOB). The Commission has given permission to Mobile Operators for Direct Operator Billing in all types of App Store and In-App Purchase, Online Utility Bill payment, all types of e-ticketing, Electronically Consumable Goods etc. Customers who do not have a credit card cannot purchase many services or products online. These types of customers will be able to purchase products and services easily and conveniently through DOB.
