IMEI Database and NOC Automation System (NAID)
বৈধভাবে মোবাইলফোন আমদানী ও স্থানীয়ভাবে উৎপাদন সহজীকরণ এবং IMEI ডাটাবেজ প্রস্তুত এবং সংরক্ষণের স্বার্থে বিটিআরসিতে NOC Automation and IMEI Database (NAID) সিস্টেমটি স্থাপন করা হয়েছে। NAID সিস্টেমটি চালু হওয়ায় বাংলাদেশের সকল মোবাইল ফোন আমদানী/স্থানীয়ভাবে উৎপাদনকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান সিস্টেমটির মাধ্যমে অনাপত্তি পত্রের জন্য আবেদন পত্র দাখিল করতে পারে এবং কম সময়ের মধ্যে আমদানী/বাজারজাতকরণের অনাপত্তি পত্র প্রাপ্তির সেবা গ্রহণ করতে পারে। এছাড়া বর্তমানে প্রান্তিক জনগণ মোবাইলফোন হ্যান্ডসেট ক্রয়ের পূর্বে যেকোন মোবাইল ফোন থেকে KYD <space> ১৫ ডিজিটের IMEI নম্বর লিখে 16002 তে এসএমএস প্রেরণের মাধ্যমে IMEI এর সঠিকতা যাচাই করার সেবা গ্রহণ করছে। গ্রাহকপর্যায়ে মোবাইলফোন হ্যান্ডসেট ক্রয়ের পূর্বে IMEI এর সঠিকতা যাচাই সংশ্লিষ্ট কোনো জটিলতা সৃষ্টি হলে গ্রাহকগন বিটিআরসির হেল্পলাইনে অভিযোগ করে প্রয়োজনীয় সেবা গ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
IMEI Database and NOC Automation System (NAID)
The NOC Automation and IMEI Database (NAID) system has been set up at BTRC to facilitate legal import of mobile phones and local production and preparation and storage of IMEI databases. With the introduction of NAID system, all mobile phone import / locally manufactured companies in Bangladesh can apply for no-objection letter through the system and receive the service of receiving no-objection letter for import / marketing in a short period of time. In addition, marginalized people are now receiving the service of verifying the accuracy of IMEI by sending an SMS to 16002 by typing KYD <space> 15 digit IMEI number from any mobile phone before purchasing a mobile phone handset. At the customer level, if there is any complication related to verifying the accuracy of IMEI before purchasing a mobile phone handset, customers can complain to the BTRC helpline and receive the necessary services.
