বন্ধকৃত সীম চালুকরণ সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম
বন্ধকৃত সীম চালুকরণ সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ করা হয়। গ্রাহকের আবেদনের প্রেক্ষিতে বন্ধকৃত সীম চালু করা হয়। সেলফ রেগুলেশন পদ্ধতি এবং সীম বক্স ডিটেকশন সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে বন্ধ হওয়া সীম এর প্রকৃত গ্রাহকের তথ্য যাচাই/বাছাই করতঃ সীম পুনরায় চালু করা হয়ে থাকে।
সেবা গ্রহণ পদ্ধতিঃ
* গ্রাহক -কে আবেদন করতে হবে।
* উক্ত আবেদন পত্র চেয়ারম্যান, বিটিআরসি বরাবর করতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে দৃষ্টি আকর্ষনে পরিচালক (ইএন্ডআই)-কে রাখতে হবে।
* NID/Smart Card এর ফটোকপি।
* উক্ত আবেদনপত্রে (অভিযোগের তথ্য প্রমাণসহ) সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্যান্য কাগজপত্র (যদি থাকে) সংযুক্ত করে দিতে হবে।
Activities related to activation of blocked SIM
Activities related to introduction of closed SIM are taken. Closed SIMs are introduced at the request of the customer. By verifying / sorting the information of the actual customer of the closed SIM through the self-regulation method and the SIM box detection system and the SIM is re-opened
Process of Availing Service:
* Customer has to apply.
* The application should be made along with the Chairman, BTRC. If necessary, the Director (E&I) should be kept in the spotlight.
* Photocopy of NID / Smart Card.
* Other relevant documents (if any) should be attached to the said application form (including proof of complaint information).
