বিটিআরসির লাইসেন্সধারী প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহের অবৈধ কার্যক্রম অনুসন্ধান, পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং অবৈধ কার্যক্রম বন্ধ করা
বিটিআরসি’র লাইসেন্সধারী ISP, ICX, ITC, IIG, NIX, BWA, IGW, IPTSP, TVAS, Call Center, PSTN, VTS, VSAT, BSCCL এবং NTTN প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহের অবৈধ কার্যক্রম অনুসন্ধান, পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং অবৈধ কার্যক্রম বন্ধ করা। এছাড়া প্রয়োজনে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হয়।
সেবা গ্রহণ পদ্ধতিঃ
* গ্রাহক-কে আবেদন করতে হবে।
* উক্ত আবেদন চেয়ারম্যান, বিটিআরসি বরাবর করতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে দৃষ্টি আকর্ষনে পরিচালক (ইএন্ডআই)-কে রাখতে হবে।
* উক্ত আবেদনপত্রে (অভিযোগের তথ্য প্রমাণসহ) সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্যান্য কাগজপত্র (যদি থাকে) সংযুক্ত করে দিতে হবে।
* গোপনীয় তথ্য প্রেরণ।
Investigate, Monitor and Terminate Illegal Activities of BTRC Licensed Organizations
Investigate, monitor and terminate the illegal activities of the licensee of BTRC, such as ISP, ICX, ITC, IIG, NIX, BWA, IGW, IPTSP, TVAS, Call Center, PSTN, VTS, VSAT, BSCCL and NTTN. Besides, legal action is taken if necessary.
Process of Availing Service:
* Customer has to apply.
* The application has to be made along with the Chairman, BTRC. If necessary, the Director (E&I) should be kept in the spotlight.
* Other relevant documents (if any) should be attached to the said application form (including proof of complaint information).
* Customer has to provide confidential information.
