Mobile Number portability (MNP) সেবা
গ্রাহকের ব্যবহৃত যে কোন অপারেটর এর মোবাইল নম্বর অপরিবর্তিত রেখে অন্য কোন অপারেটরে সংযোগ স্থানান্তর করার প্রক্রিয়াকে Mobile Number portability (MNP) বলা হয়ে থাকে। টেলিযোগাযোগ সেবার অবকাঠামো উন্নয়ন, মোবাইল ফোন গ্রাহকদের সর্বোচ্চ সেবা প্রদান এবং মোবাইল ফোন অপারেটরদের মধ্যে স্বচ্ছ প্রতিযোগিতা বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে বিটিআরসি ২০১৭ সালে এমএনপি সেবা প্রদানের উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করে।
সেবা গ্রহণ পদ্ধতিঃ গ্রাহকগণ MNP এর মাধ্যমে যে অপারেটর এর সেবা গ্রহণ করতে ইচ্ছুক সেই অপারেটর কাস্টমার কেয়ার হতে সরাসরি সেবাটি গ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
Mobile Number portability (MNP) service
The process of transferring a connection to another operator without leaving the mobile number of any operator used by the customer is called Mobile Number portability (MNP). BTRC took the initiative to provide MNP services in 2017 with the aim of developing telecommunication service infrastructure, providing maximum service to mobile phone subscribers and increasing transparent competition among mobile phone operators.
Process of Availing Service: Customers will be able to avail the service directly from Customer Care of the operator whose service they wish to avail through MNP.
