সেলুলার মোবাইল ফোন অপারেটরসমূহ বিটিআরসি হতে ইস্যুকৃত লাইসেন্সিং শর্তাবলী এবং সময়ে সময়ে ইস্যুকৃত ডিরেক্টিভসমূহ মেনে চলছে কিনা তা পর্যবেক্ষণ ও নিশ্চিতকরণ সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা হয়। সেলুলার মোবাইল ফোন অপারেটরসমূহের অবৈধ কার্যক্রম তদন্ত/পরিদর্শন করতঃ আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হয় এবং প্রয়োজনে জরিমানা আরোপ করা হয়।
সেবা গ্রহণ পদ্ধতিঃ
* গ্রাহক-কে আবেদন করতে হবে।
* উক্ত আবেদন চেয়ারম্যান, বিটিআরসি বরাবর করতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে দৃষ্টি আকর্ষনে পরিচালক (ইএন্ডআই)-কে রাখতে হবে।
* উক্ত আবেদনপত্রে (অভিযোগের তথ্য প্রমাণসহ) সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্যান্য কাগজপত্র (যদি থাকে) সংযুক্ত করে দিতে হবে।
* গোপনীয় তথ্য প্রেরণ।
Monitoring the Activities of Cellular Mobile Phone Operators
Monitoring and verification activities are conducted to ensure that the cellular mobile phone operators are complying with the licensing terms issued by the BTRC and the directives issued from time to time. Besides Investigating/inspecting the illegal activities of cellular mobile phone operators, legal action is taken and administrative fines are imposed if necessary.
Process of Availing Service:
* Customer has to apply.
* The application has to be made along with the Chairman, BTRC. If necessary, the Director (E&I) should be kept in the spotlight.
* Other relevant documents (if any) should be attached to the said application form (including proof of complaint information).
* Customer has to provide confidential information.
