বিডিং/অকশন লাইসেন্সিং পদ্ধতি
যে সকল লাইসেন্স সীমিত/নির্ধরিত সংখ্যক ইস্যু করা প্রয়োজন সে সকল লাইসেন্স বিডিং পদ্ধতিতে প্রদান করা হয়। সাধারণত লাইসেন্সিং গাইডলাইন প্রণয়নপূর্বক লাইসেন্স প্রদান করা হয়। প্রয়োজন অনুসারে প্রত্যেক ধরনের লাইসেন্স ইস্যুকরণের পূর্বে প্রাপ্ত আবেদনপত্রসমূহ যথাযথ বাছাই ও পরীক্ষা করণের জন্য কমিশন হতে মূল্যায়ণ কমিটি গঠন করা হয়। সকল লাইসেন্সের আবেদন সংশ্লষ্টি মূল্যায়ণ কমিটি পরীক্ষা-নিরীক্ষা করে যোগ্য আবেদনকারীদের বিষয়ে তাদের সুপারিশ কমিশন বরাবর পেশ করে। যথাযথ প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণপূর্বক উক্ত মতামত/সুপারিশ ডাক ও টেলিযোগাযোগ বিভাগে প্রেরণ করে সরকারের পূর্বানুমোদন প্রাপ্তি সাপেক্ষে পরবর্তী ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হয়। দেশের সীমিত এবং দূর্লভ সম্পদ হিসেবে স্পেকট্রাম সংশ্লষ্টি প্রধান প্রধান লাইসেন্সসমূহ বিডিং অথবা অকশনের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হয়। এক্ষেত্রে সরকারের যথাযথ অনুমোদন নিয়ে কমিশন অনুমোদিত গাইডলাইনে বর্ণিত প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করে অকশন কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করে।

Bidding/auction licensing procedure:
The licenses limited in number are awarded through bidding system. Generally, the licenses are awarded according to the guidelines issued for every type of license. The Commission forms an evaluation committee for proper scrutiny and examination of applications applied for each type of license. The concerned evaluation committee evaluates all applications and recommends for the eligible applicants to the Commission. This directorate, following the proper proceduresends the aforesaid views/ recommendation to the MoPTIT for obtaining prior approval of the Government to take subsequent action. As the spectrum is a limited and valuable asset to the nation, the spectrum related licenses are awarded by the following bidding or auction procedure. In such case with the approval of the Government, the Commission follows the auction procedure as described in the concern guidelines which is duly approved by the Government. The auction is done following the procedure described in the concerned guidelines which is duly approved by the Commission and the Government.
