বর্তমান সময়ে ইন্টারনেটে শিশু ও কিশোর/ কিশোরীদের ব্যবহার বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। বিভিন্ন ওয়েবসাইট এবং সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম ব্যবহারে ইতিবাচক সুবিধার পাশাপাশি এর অপব্যবহারও ক্রমশঃ বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। ফলে ডিজিটাল মাধ্যমে প্রাপ্ত তথ্য আমাদের জীবনকে যেমন সহজ ও গতিশীল করেছে, অন্যদিকে এর অনৈতিক ব্যবহার বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে সামাজিক অবক্ষয়ের এবং আইন-শৃঙ্খলার অবনতির কারণ হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে। এক্ষেত্রে শিশু ও কিশোর/ কিশোরীদের অভিভাবকদের সচেতনতার উদ্দেশ্যে গ্রাহক পর্যায়ে ইন্টারনেট সেবা গ্রহনের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট ইন্টারনেট সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার (আইএসপি) হতে Parental Guidance সংক্রান্ত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহনের মাধ্যমে শিশু ও কিশোরদের ইন্টারনেটের সঠিক ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনা আইএসপি প্রতিষ্ঠান সমূহকে প্রদান করা হয়েছে। এছাড়াও গ্রাহকদের এ সংক্রান্ত ব্যাপারে উদ্বুদ্ধ করার জন্য এ সংক্রান্ত বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।
Safe internet service using Parental Guidance feature for children and teenagers through ISP
