অবৈধ/অনুমোদনবিহীন বেতার যন্ত্র বিক্রয় ও ব্যবহার বন্ধে অভিযান পরিচালনা
অবৈধ/অনুমোদনবিহীন ব্যক্তি/প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক আমদানিকৃত বেতারযন্ত্র/মোবাইল ফোন হ্যান্ডসেট/ওয়াকিটকি/বেইস রিপিটার এবং ফিক্সড ওয়্যারলেস ফোন/মডেমসহ বিভিন্ন বেতার যন্ত্রপাতি বাজারজাত, বিক্রয়, বিপনন ও বিতরণ বন্ধ সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা হয়। আইন-শৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনী/RAB এবং ভ্রাম্যমান আদালত এর সহায়তায় অভিযান পরিচালনা করে অবৈধ যন্ত্রপাতি জব্দ করা এবং আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হয়।
সেবা গ্রহণ পদ্ধতিঃ
* গ্রাহক-কে আবেদন করতে হবে।
* উক্ত আবেদন চেয়ারম্যান, বিটিআরসি বরাবর করতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে দৃষ্টি আকর্ষনে পরিচালক (ইএন্ডআই)-কে রাখতে হবে।
* উক্ত আবেদনপত্রে (অভিযোগের তথ্য প্রমাণসহ) সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্যান্য কাগজপত্র (যদি থাকে) সংযুক্ত করে দিতে হবে।
* গোপনীয় তথ্য প্রেরণ।
Conduct Operations to Stop the Sale and Use of Illegal / Unauthorized Wireless Devices
Concerning the marketing, sale, marketing and distribution of various wireless devices / mobile phone handsets / walkie-talkies / base repeaters and fixed wireless phones / modems imported by illegal / unauthorized persons / organizations. Illegal equipment are seized and legal action is taken by conducting operations with the help of law enforcement agencies /RAB and mobile courts.
Process of Availing Service:
* Customer has to apply.
* The application has to be made along with the Chairman, BTRC. If necessary, the Director (E&I) should be kept in the spotlight.
* Other relevant documents (if any) should be attached to the said application form (including proof of complaint information).
* Customer has to provide confidential information.
